- This website is rather cool, because it allows you to learn different recipes for fun good tasting foods and snacks that will help you with your diet goals. They have foods that will help you lose or gain weight, while still maintaining flavor. Anyone who has ever been on a diet knows this is extreemly important.

- This website is near and dear to my heart, because it is about track and field nutrition. Athletes on many occasions all follow the same nutrition diets assuming that it is a one size fits all, which is untrue. Not only is each person different, but each sport is different, likewise in track and field, each event is different. This website depicts that, and teaches about the importance of specific food groups and when to eat them.
- As a college student, Chegg is one of my favorite websites. One of the largest expenses as a college student is text books. Chegg makes that $400 textbook crazy affordable. You can even rent them for cheap and send them back when you’re done.

- Dieting and staying in shape is great, but as a college student, this is not always feasible due to the cost. It is much cheaper to eat foods that are not considered good for a well balanced diet. This website shows students how they can create different dishes while staying within budget. This is an essetial for not only college students, but for anyone dieting on a budget.

- This website is very useful to the individual who wants to workout, but does not know where to start. They have workout videos, workout programs, as well as meal plans to make sure that the individual stays on track to meet their goals by a specific mark. You can also track your results and tweak them if they are not working the way you would like.
