Favorite Videos

The videos below are two of my favorite videos. The first depicts how to properly warm up ones back prior to an intense back and bicep workout. This is important, because often people jump right into workouts without properly warming up. This can lead to injuries, early fatigue, and not engaging the muscle how it truly should.

The second video is a Ted talk about a man who lived extremely healthy of a long period of time. He was so healthy in fact, that his extreme health actually caused adverse affects on himself, his family, and their loved ones. This video depicts the need for balance in all things in ones life.
